JDK-8091264 - Upgrade to newer version of antlr

http://hg.openjdk.java.net/openjfx/8u-dev/rt/rev/f44e9ccc9d15 was added as a fix for RT-30955 & JDK-8015656. Since JDK-8015656 is resolved consider backing out this change so that if the antlr call fails, we are notified of this (as mentioned in RT-30955).

The underlying issue is not fixed. It seems that https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8015656 was incorrectly resolved as "Fixed" when it should have been resolved as "Won't Fix". I have added a comment to this effect. Since the root cause of this bug is in antlr, we cannot remove the code that ignores the error until we upgrade to a newer antlr. A JIRA is already tracking this: RT-36708
