Description
JavaFX API supports 3D Transform and zbuffer but existing Effect implementation is mainly 2D centric. We need to teach Effect to be 3D aware so that it can generate proper rendering of 3D transformed shape with perspective correction.

This fix is dependence on RT-11509, and the fix for it is out of the scope for Presidio, please see Jim's comment (Jul, 30 2011 01:24 AM). We will have to defer this issue to Presidio update 1.
