Description
In developing the dialogs I have used an external dialogs.css file, but with dialogs nearly about to be merged in to the repo for inclusion into 8u40, more thought has to be given to CSS styling. My plan is to copy the content of dialogs.css into modena.css. Hopefully from this point someone more talented in styling can become involved and improve the style in the modena.css file, and then do the same for caspian.css.

@Mo: Looks fine to me - did you want me to push to repo or are you good to go?

Jonathan: have you had a chance to look at this yet? It looks fine to me.

There are just CSS changes to Modena.css and Caspian.css (attached diffs). Note we also need to copy the dialog images over to modules/controls/src/main/resources/com/sun/javafx/scene/control/skin/caspian for RT-38271 in order that they appear for Caspian styled dialogs.

Mo: is there anything left to do here?

@Mo: Is this something that you can also help with?
