Set RTL to true
Set popup side to left or right
Click on the arrow of the buttons and note that their horizontal placement is incorrect.

Duplicates RT-26510. The meanings of Side.RIGHT and LEFT are intentionally swapped in RTL. This is not directly related to RT-36513.
