This issue is about publishing of that annotation processor.

Note also that the annotation processor itself was removed in JDK 8.

The JavaFX builders were deprecated in JDK 8 and removed in JDK 9 by JDK-8092861.

We are unlikely to ever distribute this tool as part of our SDK. The annotation processor source code is open-source and is available on openjfx if developers wish to make use of it.
