Description
This is a follow-up to JDK-8049300. The $EXECV command should accept a number of parameters that it uses each as a single element of the command line to run.

For example:
jjs> $EXECV("ls", "-l", "a", "b c")
Comments
$EXEC has two arguments; the command line and the input to be used as stdin input. So, rather, extend the $EXEC argument list to accept more arguments or a single array containing arguments. The implementation of $EXEC should be redefined to accept a vararg for the additional arguments.
