Description
In JDK-8077382 we temporarily disabled eager reclaim to decrease the noise in the nightlies. This change should change the value back to enabled after known bugs have been fixed.
Comments
While preparing this change, the main fix for the entire problem (JDK-8069367) got pushed to jdk9. Last fixes are currently out for review.
