Description
The tiered testing definitions should be added to the TEST.groups file in the jdk repository.

Fix Request (OpenJDK 8u): Please approve getting this backported to OpenJDK 8u. This is a pre-requisite for JDK-8222737 and the JDK 9 patch applies as-is to JDK 8u.
