JDK-8048179 introduces changed behavior causing the assertions to fail.

That is bad but hopefully pretty rare. I've only been able to reproduce it on one host and have to run it a lot of times before getting the failure. I just sent out a fix proposal for review, so hopefully we can avoid excluding the test.
