Description
The package name "com.oracle" should not be used in open-source code.
Please rename the com.oracle.java.testlibrary package to something more
neutral, e.g., jdk.test.lib.

No, I'm sorry, it's a bug that a com.oracle package name is present in open-source code. Fixing it is not an "enhancement".
