Description
When running langtools tests against a JDK 9 image, there is one test failure in DetectMutableStaticFields:

here is a mutable field named sharedInstance, at class com/sun/tools/javac/file/JRTIndex

Something similar has been already fixed as part of JDK-8049367 (MutableFieldsAnalyzer).
