JDK-8065138 - Encodings.isRecognizedEnconding sometimes fails to recognize 'UTF8'
Description
It would be easy to add a small test case to jdk/test/javax/xml/jaxp/Encodings/CheckEncodingPropertiesFile.java in order to verify that the copy added to the build image has not be truncated, thus verifying the fix for JDK-8065138 has solved the issue.
