A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
Non of applets are working when the preffered language is set to Turkish at operation system level. Just set mac os x mavericks language to the Turkish then try to run any applet from any browsert. Safari, firefox etc. Even java applet verify doesn't work when i set the locale to Turkish. When i set locale to the English everything works like a charm. Tired of those turkish language problems! And this is an old problem at least  2 months  old.


REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.

This is a duplicate of jdk-8041387 and confirms resolved with 8u40 too.

Could not reproduce this with 7u72 and 8u40 ea on MAC. Have asked submitter to confirm with these versions on his system.
