Description
Test sun/util/calendar/zi/TestZoneInfo310.java fails with RuntimeException: FAILED: availableIds don't match w/ latest 8u40 builds.

It seems like issue cause by the lack of Bougainville TZ in jdk/test/sun/util/calendar/zi/tzdata,
because it is not presented in TZ data loaded from those files and presented in zone ids obtained via TimeZone::getAvailableIDs.

JDK-8051641 is now resolved for 8u60. As per earlier comment, does that mean this bug can be closed out ?

CPU15_01 defer request - test on exclude list and should not have been run. Issue will be resolved with 8051641
