Description
After 8046002, OracleUcrypto provider will be part of OpenJDK.
Thus, we need to update security docs accordingly to get rid of the description where OracleUcrypto provider is only for Oracle JDK and not OpenJDK.

For example, http://docs.oracle.com/javase/8/docs/technotes/guides/security/SunProviders.html#OracleUcrypto has the following (under "The OracleUcrypto Provider" paragraph) that should be updated:
Note that the OracleUcrypto provider is included only in Oracle's JDK. It is not part of OpenJDK.

Comments
Now that OracleUcrypto is included with both Oracle JDK and OpenJDK, the note is considered unnecessary. With agreement from Valerie and Sean, the note has been removed from the documentation.

Fix verified by Valerie Included the following note: Note: The OracleUcrypto provider is now part of OpenJDK 9. http://st-doc.us.oracle.com/id_common/review/docbuilder/html/E68624_01/oracleproviders.htm#GUID-B1F2B3F3-F2A4-4FF5-8887-3B3335343B2A
