Description
The Annotation pipeline feature will explore better implementation and view of 
Annotations as part of this project Type-Annotations will be provided as a new
javax.lang.model entities, this task is a placeholder to ensure that the new
javax.lang.model for Annotations are accounted for in the overall scheme of 
this project.
