Description
The tzdata2014f release introduced an extensive changes to the time zone names and abbreviations. 
This changes were addressed for the default locale (TimeZoneNames.java) as part of 2014f/g data integration proccess (JDK-8049343). 
The changes in locale specific TimeZoneNames_*.java files remains in incomplete state and needs to be addressed.

tzdata2014i release introduced a new timezone "Pacific/Bougainville". The locale specific names should be modified for this timezone too.
