Description
In 8u20 RTM instructions and associated flags were added to HotSpot as part of JDK-8031320. The flags concerning RTM where all added under experimental and are hence unsupported, as part of 8u40 they must be move out of experimental. The following flags must be made regular product flags, UseRTMLocking , UseRTMDeopt and RTMRetryCount.
