Description
Voice Over says "Application Blocked dialog" when the "Java Update Needed" dialog pops up.

Closing issue as "Not an issue" since it has been fixed. Reopen as necessary

Seems to be fixed with 8026841. Tried to reproduce issue with 8u40 and using JAWS for voice over. It worked fine with Windows 7.
