Description
The fix for CR 7174970 removed some JFileChooser mnemonics, but one appears 
to have been missed; "FileChooser.directoryOpenButton.textAndMnemonic".

REPRODUCTION INSTRUCTIONS
-------------------------
1. Run SwingSet2 Demo program in Japanese or Chinese environment
   (Use Metal Look & Feel)
2. Press JFileChooserDemo (5th one) icon under Menu bar
3. Select "Show Plain JFileChooser" (top of button)
4. At this time, "Open" button does not have mnemonic character
5. Select one of directory on JFileChooser, "Open" button has mnemonic 
character
