Description
This is a request to move the common part from the FilterComboBoxModel classes in different L&F to one AbstractFilterComboBoxModel in BasicFileChooserUI class.

Note that the original fix JDK-8022398 has been rolled back  because it exposes non public API (see JDK-8032063)
