Description
JDK-8027455 and JDK-8027476 implemented parallelization of string and symbol table unlink at G1 remark and full GC pauses. Some minor potential optimizations were not investigated: - false sharing of claim values - claim chunk size has been arbitrarily set to 32 Also timing measurement code is missing.
