Description
-Xbootclasspath/a option is not passed to applet JVM when set via Java Control Panel.
If additionally something like -Da=b is also added together with -Xbootclasspath then the client JVM is relaunched with all required options.

Comments
8u20 deployment nighlty showed that there are no issues related to the fix. So, SQE OK to take the fix in CPU14_04.
