When turning on Native Memory Tracking with -XX:NativeMemoryTracking=detail, PSR sees a 40% increase in the CPU utilization. Please see the bugdb bug for

This is a known issue with the current implementation of NMT, this is not something we can fix in JDK8. We're going to address this in the redesign of NMT for 8uX/9. Requesting deferral to JDK9.
