Description
Policytool will be rewritten to swing and http://docs.oracle.com/javase/7/docs/technotes/guides/security/PolicyGuide.html would need new pictures.

Took one round of new screen shots already for the Swing GUI. Will take a round this week based on final JDK8 binary bits and send for engineering review.
