JDK8 no longer builds 32-bit solaris, therefore JDK9 should remove all vestiges of DUAL_MODE
support

and while doing this we should also remove the bin ISA directory ie. bin/{amd64, sparcv9} and jre/bin/{amd64, sparcv9} and the links of course, opened a new issue for this: JDK-8029997
