Description
Annotation @FunctionalInterface was added for Lambda.
Corrsponding api changes in reflection api and javax.lang.model will require new tests to be written. 

As of 01/29/2013, no new api changes have been pushed. 
As of 05/08/2013, no new api changes have been pushed.
