JDK-8004172 - NPG: Update jstat counter names to reflect metaspace changes
Description
The tool jstat has been updated to reflect the removal of the permanent generation in HotSpot.

The option "-gcpermcapacity" has been replaced by "-gcmetacapacity".

Several counters have been changed to present metaspace performance counters instead of nonfunctioning permgen counters.
