Description
The DocLint tool (see http://mail.openjdk.java.net/pipermail/compiler-dev/2012-September/004800.html ) reports quite a few HTML syntax warnings for jdk8 core-libs code.  These should be cleaned up.

Almost all of the doclint issues have been resolved in the core area so I think we can close this bug (Jason - if there is any reason to keep it open then feel free to re-open it).
