I just tried it on sc14160169 using b57 with jre/lib/sparcv9/server/libjvm.so from b58, the test fails.

Please try to run a b57 JDK with the libjvm.so from a b58 JDK. 8-b58 does include a lot of HotSpot changes but it would be good to be sure if that's the real problem or not.
