SQE is OK to defer to 7u12 - server OS - not too common for applets - uncommon scenario

EVALUATION I don't think the above exception is relevant to this problem. Bug only reproducible if the IE browser is forced to run in 64-bit by setting the following reg key to point to C:\Program Files\... instead of the default C:\Program Files (x86)\... Problem also seen with win8 with the above setting. From process explorer, it was noted that running the testcase resultiing in 2 child iexplore.exe processes with each running a client vm. Therefore, 2 java consoles were seen. This isn't a normal config and could be the 64-bit IE process model which we couldn't control.
