JDK-7151010 - Add compiler support for repeating annotations
Description
Initial set of compiler tests for repeating annotations were written based on an initial version of the specification.

However, there have been a few changes in the spec in the last few weeks which may require new tests to be added at compiler side. 
This RFE is to keep track of such tests.
Comments
No new compiler tests are needed based on the latest spec for 20130124. A go through of the spec was done as part of: INTJDK-7600472
