Description
1. Publisher is set to Oracle 
./bin/jvisualvm.exe
./lib/visualvm/platform/lib/nbexec.exe
Should be "Sun Microsystems, Inc.", see CR 6969236
2. Publisher is not set:
./jre/lib/launcher.exe
Requesting a defferal of this to next LU/6u36.
