Description
After install public JDK and public JRE,
file :/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk1.8.0.jdk/Contents/Home/bin/javafxpackager
and many files in "/Library/Internet Plug-Ins/JavaAppletPlugin.plugin/Contents/Frameworks/Sparkle.framework" directory have no execute permissions.

EVALUATION This has been fixed in 8 b57 as part of the 7->8 port of mac fixes in CR 7189488. The javafxpackager is now executable, and it has not been established that the Sparkle.framework needs to be. Checking for execute permissions on the Sparkle.framework has been removed in the automated tests.
