Description
Program name in UAC dialogs:
JRE offline - "Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 7.0 Update 4" during install, but "Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 7 Update 4" during uninstall
JRE online - "Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 7 Update 4"
JRE 32-64 combo -  "Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 7.0 Update 4"
JDK - "Java(TM) SE Development Kit 7.0 Update 4"

1. Program name number should be the same(not sure 7 or 7.0 is correct)
2. Should (TM) be removed since it is removed from installation dialogs and product name?

EVALUATION Updated the makefile to change the installer name for the signing. The (TM) removal issue is being fixed in 7158305
