To reproduce the bug
1. Ja locale
% jar -help
2. de, es, fr, it, ja, ko, pt_BR, sv and zh_TW locale
% jar xvf [jar file]

FixVersion field can't contain multiple values. I'll create backport for 7-pool

Agree for deferral, since it is just a translation bug and do not affect functionality. Added 7u40-SQE-OK label for deferral.

Just re-tested. Problem 2 is still there. Please file a bug in BugDB to ask WPTG to fix problem 2.
