Description
DCmd implementation is needed to control and acquire hotspot native memory tracking data.

The DCmd implementation should provide commands to acquire native memory tracking data (summary and detail), request to create a memory baseline, request a memory comparison to the latest baseline, and shutdown native memory tracking.

The feature is required as part of hotspot native memory tracking phrase 1 project, target to 7u8.
