Description
Install jre 6u31 b05 and check the dll files under <jre_home>/bin, all dll files unsigned.
Tested on win7 x64, JRE 64bit

Affected cases:
JreTests/JRE006-001-Manifest-64
The same with 32 bits, adding test name for matching.
