File a new bug to track this bug (as CR 7104915 was integrated in JDK 8) since this bug still can be reproduced with jre8 deploy pit bundle(b92).

Reproduction steps:
=================================================================
On a win7 machine:
1) uninstall all JRE and FX runtime
2) install JRE 8
3) install FX runtime 2.0.2
4) start IE browser

If there's a UAC dialog for ssvagent, problem is reproduced.

EVALUATION The problem is no longer reproducible with deploy nightly jre8 on 3/20 and FX 2.1 b17.

EVALUATION The problem is due to the ssv module from the fx 2.0.2 tries to update the TreatAs key to the 7u2 version. It should have left it alone since the deploy version of jre8 is higher than the deploy version of fx 2.0.2.
