Description
This is part of RFE for 7077220, which will support HttpOnly cookie for IE 8 and later browser, this RFE will try to address retrieve HttpOnly cookie from Firefox/Mozilla browser.

EVALUATION we proposed this and mozilla doesn't like it: (prefer us to switch to use full browser http stack instead) https://wiki.mozilla.org/NPAPI:HttpOnlyCookies
