In all the supported 10 locales, Go to advanced tab on JCP
Item "Insecure JRE versions" and its sub items are not localized.

Attached are the snapshots in ja and zh_CN as examples, but it actually happens in all the 10 locales.
On update tab of JCP, there are also some texts not localized.

Insecure JRE versions messages are also English.

EVALUATION Too much overhead from WPTG to do a small message update in 7u3 then a full message update in 7u4. So, deferring to 7u4. We would like to document the issue in Release Notes.

EVALUATION We will need to fix these specific dialogs in 7u3 if approved. I will also arrange a full message update in 7u4.
