Description
Title says it all.  All changes to hotspot have to be mirrored in the serviceability agent.
Not sure if bug 7021477 covers this.

This bug was to cover the work that Tom did to fix the SA. It should be closed as a duplicate of the original bug because the permgen changes were done as part of the initial integration. Other distinct SA bugs have been reported separately.
