EVALUATION From 6826397 and on the events started to be addressed to some other component having focus. This should be true for all (?) events except KeyEvent.

EVALUATION I have reproduced the problem on the host that specified in comments.

EVALUATION Cannot reproduce the problem on Windows Vista with jdk 7 from build 133 to the latest jdk build. Could you specify the host where the issue is reproducible.
