Description
We need to investigate adding full enterprise support using MSI over SMS/Active Directory.  There are several CRs related to this:

Our installer has become more complex and we've gotten more demands/requirements from customers.

This is now resolved with 8u20/9. We have an MSI that is fully compliant for customers.
