What Hotspot version of this, is it tied to 1.4.2 only?
Could you indicate the cost of fixing this? (If it's only 1.4.2, we shouldn't invest too much in it)
Can you make sure we create a release note for the issue until we have fixed it?

EVALUATION The file /proc/sys/vm/heap-stack-map should be built by system, we should open another bug against OLE5.6

EVALUATION from 5.0 and above there will not happen since entire stack mapped initially, please check bug 4821821.

WORK AROUND under /proc/sys/vm/ create a file (you have to have administrator right). heap-stack-gap with only content "1" in it.
