Description
This can be reproduced on jdk7 b119 and later. The open office image on in-progress dialog of JDK installation on Windows is not localized. It should be localized for zh_CN and ja.

Attached is the screenshot.
Need more info on why we need to defer this bug. Please provide rationale and if SQE group agrees with deferring this bug.
Reprioritized as P4 given the very low impact this issue has (jre distribution for JDK developers).
I am ok deferring this - it is a low priority bug and no serious impact. Also testing it w/o the /lang ability (bug 6740077) is very difficult for us and they ought to be fixed together.

Comments
EVALUATION The open office banner is not localized for public jre install when it's launched inside jdk installer. It's regression in jdk7 due to removal of the javaone_transforms. But the javaone_transforms should be removed as we moved the jre installer dialog into atl. The advertisement is mostly for consumers, but the jdk installer is for developers. Since the issue is only seen with the public jre inside of the jdk installer on two platforms. It's not a critical fix at the current time frame. Should we defer this to the jdk7 update release and fix the issue by removing the advertisement for the public jre install inside jdk?
