Description
Tested Bundle: jdk7 b130-pit http://rehudson.sfbay.sun.com/hudsonws/deploypit/bundles/linux-i586/b255-2011-02-10_39/jre-7-ea-linux-i586.bin
Tested OS: OEL5.5

Steps to reproduce:
1) javaws http://sqeweb.sfbay.sun.com/jsn/users/fred/reproduce/6957030.jnlp
2) Click "OK" on the window which prompted whether to create shortcut
3) If a desktop shortcut is not created, the bug is reproduced.

EVALUATION problem is in both WinInstallHandler and UnixInstallHandler. we call lg.getLocation().toString() - location man be null, need to check first
