Description
Since the integration of CR 6379550, PlainSocketImpl.fd field is no longer set on Windows. On Windows we now have two socket impls, TwoStacksPlainSocketImpl and DualStackPlainSocketImpl. PlainSocketImpl delegates to the "real" impl.

Comments
EVALUATION PlainSocketImpl.fd should be set after the "real" impl is created. PlainSocketImpl.fd should simply refer to TwoStack/DualStackPlainSocketImpl.fd. Same for accepted sockets.
