Description
CR 6873615 (Phase I) implemented the concept of installed vs cached applications and applets. An Application should be able to specifically indicate it preferance for being installed vs cached. The required spec change, to add "install" attribute to the shortcut element of the jnlp file, is covered under CR 6998729.
