Description
JDK 7 / HS 20 b04 shows many warnings while running stress test:

Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM warning: time warp: 158786930 to 301

I'm not able to reproduce it with JDK 7 promoted b122 build (HS 20 b03).
301 clearly looks wrong (it is also _always_ 301).

Could be related to fix to 6751923.

EVALUATION Wean relevant GC/soft ref from javaTimeMillis() (which is TOD-based) to instead use getTimeMillis() which uses gethrtime() which is not subject to adjtime()/NTP etc.
